As a Sr Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate challenging optical engineering projects from requirements to delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and goals.

• Estimate project scope, cost, resources, risks, and timelines.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

• Manage multiple projects and mitigate risks.

• Develop and maintain program documentation.

• Communicate regularly with customers on status, cost, and schedule.

• Assemble data for invoicing and reporting.

Required skills:

• Strong technical background in specification, design and implementation of complex opto-electro-mechanical projects.
• Ability to engage customers and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take a hands-on approach including design and lab work as needed.
• Ability to travel to meet program needs and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in imaging optical system Preferred fields: mechanical engineering, optics, physics, or related areas with a strong preference for experience/background in imaging optical systems.
