As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a geographical region, vertical market, or named accounts as the structure and goals of the business dictate. You will have direct interface with outside sales, channel partners, and customers and create all quotes for supported customers and/or channel partners while providing general support to customer base and outside sales. This position strives to exceed goals, metrics, and quotas, and participates in cross-functional projects as the commercial interface and voice of customer on an as needed basis. You will also manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and leads in coordination with the Outside Sales team. This position involves supporting Abaco End Customers, Sales Force and Channel partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Account management of existing customers – own the relationship with buyers
- Manages conflict – internal and external on behalf of the team
- Contract Review and Interpretation
- Understanding and familiarization with Government Orders, DPAS ratings, export controls, customs regulations, shipping practices for export shipments, letter of credit, end-user statements, Certificates of Origin and transfer pricing.
- Accountable to high quote-to-order close rates on assigned opportunities
- Accountable to commercial excellence
- Identifies actionable growth plans for supported customer base
- Issues quotes and works to convert to orders
- Review all incoming orders and manage appropriate approvals prior to the order booking
- Ensure compliance with ITC regulations
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service role or 5 years’ experience in a relevant area (i.e. commercial sales operations, and business processes)
- Experience in managing Strategic Accounts
- Order processing experience including Government orders
- Contract review experience
- Experience using workflows
- Call Center experience
- Front-end commercial/customer experience
- SAP experience
- C4C or SFDC CRM experience
