Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer, product, and pricing information across CRM and e-commerce platforms
- Execute approved pricing updates and product data modifications while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Monitor data quality and proactively identify errors, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support CRM integration and data migration initiatives through validation, reconciliation, record merging, and data consolidation activities
- Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of commercial systems supporting sales and customer operations
- Perform functional testing of system enhancements, integrations, and business process changes
- Execute test scenarios, document results, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, user guidelines, and operational procedures
- Prepare reports and perform validation activities to monitor CRM changes and data updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Commercial Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
What will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience with a strong interest in business systems, CRM platforms, and data management
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to work comfortably with large data sets
- Bilingual in English; English is required for regular internal communications and collaboration with global teams.
- Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms is considered an asset
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms, commercial operations, pricing management, or sales processes is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
