Job Title:  Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

What you will do:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including snow removal, and general upkeep.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture, equipment, and materials for events or meetings.
• Keep maintenance records and report any major repairs or replacements needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

• Safety-conscious with attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to use hand and power tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
