Job Title: IT Business Partner (Functional Analyst)

This position is responsible for supporting the company and guiding the key players of the different departments, in its effective use of its business systems, mainly for processes related to ERP, CRM, analytics and other key applications of the organization.
It consists of analyzing the business needs of the different business units, influencing partners in the use of best practices, performing functional analysis, evolving platforms to meet needs and test plans that contain adjustments to be made to business systems. In-depth knowledge of the systems, as well as the tasks of the users in these systems is a necessity.
Responsibilities section:
- Accompany internal experts in the analysis, understanding and definition of their needs and business processes to guide them in the choice of appropriate technological solutions and full integration into the enterprise architecture.
- Influence experts and their tactical plans for the implementation and implementation strategy of business processes supported by the best technologies to meet their needs.
- Define the scope and objectives of projects based on the identified needs.
- Prepare, write and maintain all documentation necessary for their duties.
- Coordination and collaboration with external and/or internal partners/experts, including development teams, as required.
- Develop and execute test scenarios within the IT function. Support the various users in the execution of their scenarios leading to the acceptance of the overall solution.
- Prepare communications to users for release into production.
- Follow up and/or implement solutions with internal clients on the status of various requests related to requirements and deliverables, both in project mode and continuous improvements and support associated with issues.
- Monitor emerging IT technologies.
- Work closely with other members of the IT team, such as developers, network administrators, for a complete solution delivery.
- As part of the ISO standard, you must ensure that you strictly adhere to data security, your position requires increased diligence.
Requirements section:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as an analyst in different business sectors of an organization.
- Strong knowledge of analysis, standard business processes and have participated in large-magnitude technological solution implementation projects.
- Ability to understand problems, review related information, consolidate and structure business needs into clear requirements.
- Good planning, organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team in a large corporate environment.
- Agile and focused on results and achievement of objectives.
- Experience in project mode.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM, Analytics and/or ERP environments, marketing, sales, distribution, after-sales service, finance and other business processes.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
- Ability to effectively manage complex and ambiguous situations.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft/SAP ERP solution, Epicor ERP, PowerBI and Salesforce CRM, a major asset.
- Bilingualism (English & French).
