The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales performance to achieve assigned order budgets and market penetration goals. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The position contributes directly to the company’s growth objectives by aligning regional strategies with overall business goals and ensuring operational excellence in sales execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and grow a regional sales team.Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and other departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and data-driven decision-making.

 

Requirements for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of related experience, preferably in technology, capital equipment, or instrument sales, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing regional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Employee Type:  Salaried

Salary Minimum:  130,000
Salary Maximum:  150,000
