Rauland is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives by integrating value-added reseller (VAR) products into our portfolio. In this high-impact, autonomous role, you’ll identify innovative third-party solutions, forge powerful partnerships, and collaborate across teams to scale market reach. What You'll Do:

  • Identify and evaluate VAR products that complement Rauland’s solutions and support scalable growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to incorporate third-party offerings into Rauland’s product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independent business units to align integration efforts.
  • Lead channel strategy initiatives to optimize distribution, partnerships, and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support M&A activities including opportunity assessment, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and performance reports to senior leadership.

 

Do You Have?...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in business development, channel strategy, or product integration in the medical or health-tech industry.
  • Proven success in identifying and scaling partnership opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of reseller and channel ecosystems.
  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with M&A processes and integration planning is a plus.
