Job Description: 

As a Senior Clinical Application Specialist You will serve as the primary clinical and technical contact for new customers using LKC Technologies’ diagnostic products. In this role, you partner closely with physicians, clinical staff, and Sales to ensure successful installation, training, and ongoing utilization of LKC solutions. Your work directly supports LKC’s mission to help preserve sight worldwide through innovative visual electrophysiology technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on‑site and remote training and clinical consultations for new LKC customers
  • Support customer accounts to promote effective and consistent product utilization
  • Partner with Sales to help increase product adoption and associated revenue growth
  • Install and operate LKC instruments, including peripheral devices, and explain basic maintenance procedures
  • Serve as a clinical and technical liaison between customers and LKC internal teams
  • Independently schedule customer appointments and respond to inquiries and issues
  • Provide regular updates to management on customer implementation and utilization trends
  • Support sales activities at conferences, trade shows, and educational seminars as needed
  • Provide support in the Pacific time zone territory (West Region) for LKC

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting diagnostic technology in eye care or clinical environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clinical and non‑clinical audiences
  • Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel and safely operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience training medical professionals on clinical or diagnostic equipment
  • Background in clinical applications, field support, or customer education roles

 

Compenstion and Benefits:

  • Base pay: $70,000
  • Sales based incentives
