Job Description:
The SAP Service Management Senior Analyst will be a key participant in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of functionality with SAP supporting the Service processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex SAP projects and driving process improvements. In this role you will report to the SAP OTC Lead.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Analyze, design, implement and maintain global Service Management solutions to support business processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document systems, business process requirements and gaps between the SAP global template through workshops, meetings, and site visits.
- Perform business process mapping using standard methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S/4.
- Configure Service Management functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements
- Take part in design, build, test, data migration and training activities during the project, as well as support activities after go-live.
- Manage and prioritize the Service Management enhancement backlog
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Service processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Management
- SAP certification is a plus
- Experience with In-house repair, Field Service and Service Contract processes
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service is a plus
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
