Job Description:
The SAP Procure-To-Pay (PTP) Senior Analyst will be a key participant in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of functionality with SAP supporting the PTP processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex SAP projects and driving process improvements. In this role you will report to the SAP PTP Lead.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Responsible for the design and governance of the SAP S/4 PTP business processes.
- Deploy and maintain the global business PTP processes.
- Gather and analyze process gaps between the business needs and the standard global templates.
- Partners with the PTP business functional team and business SMEs
- Manage and prioritize the PTP enhancement backlog
- Lead the development of business cases to articulate how the value of the improvements and opportunities aligns with business vision, strategy, and desired outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and enhance system performance.
- Work across other functions including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S/4.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years as a PTP functional analyst/lead in SAP ECC OR S/4HANA
- Minimum of 2 full S/4HANA implementations
- Must have experience with a large global company of $1 billion in revenue or more
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionality, especially in MM
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects.
- Experience with SAP Ariba and tools integrating with core PTP functionality such as OpenText VIM
- SAP certification is a plus
- Experience in government regulated industries
- Experience managing a team
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people as well as to a complex business structure.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
