Job Description: 

The SAP Procure-To-Pay (PTP) Senior Analyst will be a key participant in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of functionality with SAP supporting the PTP processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex SAP projects and driving process improvements. In this role you will report to the SAP PTP Lead.    

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Responsible for the design and governance of the SAP S/4 PTP business processes. 
  • Deploy and maintain the global business PTP processes. 
  • Gather and analyze process gaps between the business needs and the standard global templates. 
  • Partners with the PTP business functional team and business SMEs 
  • Manage and prioritize the PTP enhancement backlog 
  • Lead the development of business cases to articulate how the value of the improvements and opportunities aligns with business vision, strategy, and desired outcomes. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and enhance system performance. 
  • Work across other functions including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S/4. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years as a PTP functional analyst/lead in SAP ECC OR S/4HANA 
  • Minimum of 2 full S/4HANA implementations 
  • Must have experience with a large global company of $1 billion in revenue or more 
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionality, especially in MM 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects. 
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and tools integrating with core PTP functionality such as OpenText VIM 
  • SAP certification is a plus 
  • Experience in government regulated industries 
  • Experience managing a team  
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people as well as to a complex business structure. 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
