Job Description: 

The SAP Order-To-Cash (OTC) Senior Analyst will be a key participant in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of functionality with SAP supporting the OTC processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex SAP projects and driving process improvements. In this role you will report to the SAP OTC Lead.     

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Analyze, design, implement and maintain global Order-to-Cash solutions to support business processes. 
  • Gather, analyze, and document systems, business process requirements and gaps between the SAP global template through workshops, meetings, and site visits. 
  • Perform business process mapping using standard methodologies 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service Management, Plan-to-Manufacture, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S/4. 
  • Configure OTC functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements 
  • Take part in design, build, test, data migration and training activities during the project, as well as support activities after go-live. 
  • Manage and prioritize the OTC enhancement backlog 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Order to Cash processes. 
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA OTC modules 
  • Minimum of 2 full S/4HANA end-to-end implementations 
  • Experience with Variant Configuration, Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, Engineer-to-Order process design and configuration 
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements in S/4 HANA OTC applications including CCM, BRF+, Flexible Workflow 
  • Experience with interfaces with Salesforce, Commerce Cloud and other legacy systems 
  • SAP certification is a plus 
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
