Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager will manage the channel partners to achieve high growth to deliver orders and profitability to AMETEK Process Instruments and by being accountable for key opportunities working collaboratively to position AMETEK Process Instruments as the analyzer of choice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage regional representative and manage performance against regional targets and provide sales leadership to drive order attainment.
• Drive opportunity development and pipeline management using Salesforce and other tools.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with key customers and engineering firms to position AMETEK as a preferred solutions provider.
• Own regional forecasting and performance analysis to ensure accurate planning and execution.
• Perform duties as directed by the Sales Manager – EMEAI
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or equivalent experience with demonstrated aptitude.
• 5+ years in sales of instrumentation into industrial markets.
• 3+ years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and CEMS markets; strong background in analytical instrumentation is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in managing channel partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional growth strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.
