What You'll Do:

Drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and managing relationships with schools, districts, higher‑ed institutions, and key design professionals.

Represent our solutions with confidence through powerful sales presentations and hands‑on product demonstrations.

Build trusted partnerships as a knowledgeable advisor in critical communications and safety technologies.

Manage your pipeline by owning all leads, opportunities, and forecasting activities in Salesforce.

Stay connected through consistent follow‑ups, accurate documentation, and weekly activity reporting.

Lead market strategy by researching territories, nurturing design‑professional relationships, and elevating our presence at regional/national events.

Assess customer needs through site visits, interviews, and collaboration with design teams to build accurate proposals.

Close high‑value opportunities by overcoming objections and securing profitable contracts.

Stay ahead of the competition by tracking industry trends, analyzing competitor offerings, and identifying new partnership and product opportunities.

Champion our brand by hosting seminars, demos, and Solution Center experiences that set us apart.
Do You Have?...
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent
- Minimum of five years related sales or sales management experience in capital equipment, education, IT, or software sales
- Skills: presentation proficiency, coaching and management, leadership and strategy, sales, and good people skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills, able to speak comfortably to groups of 10-100 people
- An inclination for new technology and how to sell value-based software
- Able to articulate and coach partner reps on how to create long term value with company systems and associated technology to distributors, sales reps, and customers
- Ability to travel 60%-70%
- Preferred: Distribution Management Experience.
