The Paid Social & ABM Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. This role focuses on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta platforms, and region-specific social channels, as well as ABM tools such as 6sense or comparable platforms. The ideal candidate understands ABM methodologies, audience targeting, and multi-channel engagement strategies.
How you will make a difference @ FARO:
- Plan, build, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta platforms, and other region-specific social networks.
- Develop ABM campaigns targeting priority accounts using approved ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense or similar).
- Coordinate audience targeting, intent signals, and account segmentation to support ABM workflows.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to develop audience-specific visuals.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and channel allocation to support pipeline and engagement goals.
- Monitor performance and provide insights on audience behavior, account engagement, and funnel movement.
- Use ABM platform capabilities for account insights, journey analytics, and activation strategies.
- Collaborate with demand generation, SDR, and field marketing teams to align ABM and paid social efforts with broader revenue goals.
- Stay informed on paid social and ABM best practices, targeting capabilities, and platform updates.
This position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising and/or ABM campaign execution.
- Familiarity with ABM methodology and experience working with ABM platforms such as 6sense or similar.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and other social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement and account-level data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple programs at once.
