  • Pursue design integration, platform expansion, and fleet-wide adoption of sensor components for compressor and turbine sections, combustion and fuel systems, auxiliary skids, and condition monitoring systems
  • Develop comprehensive account strategies that align with new engine initiatives, performance upgrades, retrofits, and long-term service agreements (LTSA)
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies, manage contract negotiations, generate forecasts, and conduct executive-level client reviews
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, operations, and quality teams to achieve rigorous qualification, reliability, and lifecycle objectives
  • Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities within the turbine and energy sectors to proactively drive business development and sales growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess over 7 years of B2B sales or key account management experience within the gas turbines, rotating equipment, or industrial components sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling sensors or instrumentation—including temperature, pressure, vibration, position, and flow devices—within high-temperature, high-vibration, or safety-critical turbine applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aero-derivative and heavy-duty turbine designs, OEM qualification procedures, and extended product lifecycles.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing complex OEM accounts and negotiating long-term supply or program agreements.
  • Willing to travel approximately 30–50% as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities, with a history of securing favorable agreements and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop account plans, identify market trends, and drive growth initiatives.
