Perform functions to create, develop and maintain corporate brand identity based on collaboration with global Corporate Marketing team; disseminate and produce corporate imagery and coordinate content development guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.
How you will make a difference @ FARO:
- Serve as graphic designer for the development and creation of marketing collateral, including digital advertisements, website graphics, tech sheets, case studies, webinar presentations and other similar materials.
- Working under the direction of the Manager, Creative Production to develop collateral, advertising and marketing materials that are consistent with defined themes and templates.
- Manage all work, assets and file structure with established naming conventions.
- Manage DAM (Digital Asset Management) platform ensuring all assets are properly stored and labeled
- Assist with special projects as needed — may include, but not limited to, executive presentations, social graphics, etc.
- Perform or assist with any departmental operations, as required or directed to maintain workflow and meet production schedules and requirements.
- Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies
- Recommend revisions to DAM control documentation such as process checklists, operating procedures and policy manuals; make and distribute authorized modifications as required.
This position requires:
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Fine Art, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, web design, and multi-media presentations.
- Working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency.
- Adaptive design-eye and skill.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects/deadlines.
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
