Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven, strategic Business Development & Accounts Manager to lead growth across our markets.  This role offers the opportunity to shape growth through meaningful partnerships, innovative solutions, and cross functional collaboration.  Ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a lasting impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and expand strategic accounts, ensuring long-term client success and revenue growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with lab managers, biomedical engineers, procurements teams, and executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics using Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Partner with marketing to launch new technologies and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives including market expansion and product innovation.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record in account growth, client retention, and solution-based selling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Proficiency in in Salesforce, PowerBI, OneNote, and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with robotics in healthcare, medical diagnostics, and lab automation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Experience launching new products or entering new markets.
  • Background in strategic partnerships or business development in emerging tech.
  • Comfort navigating complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.

Salary Maximum:  $140,000
