Job Description:
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for project management, automation initiatives, and system development tasks, primarily supporting executive stakeholders in North Asia (South Korea and Japan), along with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Installs and maintains operating systems and third-party applications.
- Maintain data storage, availability and backup integrity for ERP System and File server.
- Coordinates with IT team from various sites to improve overall support and efficiency.
- Evaluates vendor products in terms of company needs to ensure that appropriate and relevant products are obtained while maintaining cost effectiveness and company efficiency.
- Interacts with end users to determine software and hardware needs in an effort to provide support in a timely manner.
- Managing of user accounts on company servers and runs necessary system update to ensure that company systems are secure.
- Remote support, troubleshooting and fault finding for remote office.
- IT software and hardware inventory tracking to ensure compliance with company IT policy
- Collaborate with Corporate IT team to enforce cybersecurity controls. Assist in training and awareness programs for cybersecurity hygiene for users.
- Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization;
- Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources;
- Performing business network integration on domain migration, email migration and infrastructure integration.
- Provide flexible work hours to meet the demand of the IT department.
- Provide business analysis in improving of Navision ERP process to meet the business needs.
- Provide support and development on Navision ERP based on requirement.
- Responsible for project management, automation initiatives, and other system development-related tasks, as well as any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the reporting manager or Country manager to support departmental objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamic NAV
- A quick learner, easy going, organized self-motivated, inquisitive, problem-solver with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- A team player with an aptitude to use initiative whilst complying with standards & procedures
- Able to write and verbal communication in English is a must.
Essential Experience & Technical Knowledge
- Experience in of MS Windows Server, Active Directory and Office365
- Good understanding on the Networking, VPN and DNS/DHCP services
- Knowledge of firewall, security and storage technologies
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL and Navision ERP system would be a definite plus
