Job Description: 

Rauland Florida is seeking a Site Supervisor that will work closely with the project manager or operations manager. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of the installation of all systems Rauland Florida is contracted to deliver on assigned projects.  These responsibilities include project completion, testing of the complete system, labeling, making program changes per customer requests, and correction of any deficiencies.

 

It will be the Site Supervisor’s responsibility to assign work to Lead technicians, technicians and assigned helpers and keep the job on schedule working efficiently and effectively.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Represent Rauland Florida at job meetings & job sites assigned by Project Manager
  • Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials needed for the project.
  • Make sure needed equipment (i.e., ladders, storage boxes, special drills, lifts, etc.) are on the job site when needed and lead time accounted for.
  • Supervise the technician(s) assigned to the project(s)
  • Lead “Toolbox” safety meetings weekly and turn in completion forms to the management team.
  • Coordinate jobs and labor requirements with the management team.
  • Job completion paperwork and closing documents
  • Coordinate in-service training with our Clinical Application Specialist

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School or GED.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints
  • Electrical/Electronic experience & ability to understand schematics is required.
  • Electrical/Electronics, low voltage cable installation, troubleshooting, data infrastructure, some construction related job experience
  • Team-oriented. Safety conscious.  Positive attitude with strong customer service experience. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.   
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift cable boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation to drive to work sites.  Must have own tools to work on projects. 

 

Additional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:             

  • Post-secondary school training is preferred.
  • Prior Low voltage cable installation experience
  • Post-secondary electronics/computer systems experience
