Position Description:
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of inventory records and warehouse resources.
- Conducts quantitative receipt of materials and verifies accompanying documentation.
- Organizes storage and handling within the warehouse to ensure optimal use of storage space.
- Ensures that all materials are properly labeled.
- Responsible for the accurate recording of all warehouse transactions in the information system.
- Ensures that all production lines have the necessary materials for production in accordance with the defined production plan and delivered orders (KANBAN shelves, order-based picking).
- Responsible for implementing FIFO and FEFO principles for materials requiring them.
- When needed, receives semi-finished products and organizes their storage, safekeeping, and issuance.
- Regularly retrieves finished products from production lines and places them in the shipping zone.
- Inspects the condition of pallets.
- Packs and prepares finished products for shipment.
- Prepares the necessary documentation for loading, loads goods into the truck, and is responsible for the accuracy of the loaded quantities.
- Conducts quantitative receipt of waste generated from production and ensures it is adequately stored.
- Responsible for the proper transportation of goods within internal transport in compliance with company regulations.
- Ensures familiarity and adherence to procedures and instructions regarding work and forklift operation.
- Collaborates with freight forwarding and customs authorities as needed and organizes the shipment of goods.
- Resolves material discrepancies in collaboration with the production and quality control departments as needed.
- Participates in the timely posting of all warehouse transactions and verifies them in the information system.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly workspace daily.
- Accountable for the quality of work, precision, accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- May occasionally operate a passenger vehicle at the employer's request, e.g., for business trips, provided they are qualified and meet all legal requirements.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor that align with their profession and qualifications, such as in the temporary absence of another worker, during increased workload, or in other justified cases.
Position Requirements (nice to have & must have):
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- The employee should have a high school diploma (level III–IV), preferably in a technical field, at least two years of experience in similar roles, basic knowledge of English, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Internet, preferably SAP),
Preferred/Desired Requirements
- Forklift operation skills, familiarity with various warehouse types, knowledge of internal regulations and procedures, attention to detail, cooperativeness, collegiality, and organizational skills for managing their own and others' work.
