Job Description: 

The Senior Recruiter  is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to AMETEK’s Materials Analysis Division. The selected individual will partner with the global human resources business partners and business unit management teams to develop, communicate, and execute jointly on a recruiting plan unique to each specific requisition. Responsible for recruitment execution to achieve seamless candidate experience. This position will report to the Divisional Talent Acquisition Manager.

 

This position is to be based out of the AMETEK Serbia office on a hybrid model.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple global sites, including sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, creating and extending competitive offers, and ensuring successful new hires start.
  • Conduct screens and assess potential candidates for a level of interest, qualifications, compensation requirements and convert hard-to-find passive talent by understanding the business and employee value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team and hiring managers to develop a compelling recruitment & sourcing strategy to hire according to projected staffing plans and increase the efficiency of Talent Acquisition.
  • Work directly with hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies, candidate management, interview, and selection approach.
  • Liaise between internal and external candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and collaborate to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the complete interview process.
  • Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized interview feedback.
  • Effectively work within the internal Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors), including requisition initiation and management, candidate communications, candidate dispositioning, and candidate workflow management.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to define attractive and competitive job offers.

 

Education/Qualifications:

  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Technical Recruiting Experience required.
  • Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match.
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven success in developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mix of agency and in-house experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
