Job Description:
- Daily management of order entry, intercompany purchase ordering, raising invoices, import and export control, chasing invoices using the company’s ERP system, online credit control, shipment tracking
- Managing and actively supporting the sales team of the given BU's with the above tasks
- Management reporting of sales and orders, visual management and KPI’s
- Handle order related questions/concerns/issues/order changes
- Manage time, workflow, and priorities to accomplish goals as stated in the Perfect Order Policy and in particular making sure new orders are entered and for the delivery the invoices are posted within 48 hours
- Monthly Intrastat entries if required
- Develop positive working relationships with all team members
- Handle issues in the best interest of the customer and company
- Willingness to develop administrative support for various business unites
- Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency and timeliness
Position requirements:
- Good level of general education
- Previous experience in Office Customer Service is desirable, however, bright, articulate candidates from other service backgrounds will be considered
- Being competent with computer systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Advanced level of English language
- Advanced level of German language will be considered as an advantage
