Job Role Summary
To work with European AMETEK business units to recruit and select best candidates for open positions.
Job Role - Detail
- Recruiting primarily for our locations in Germany, UK, Italy and France – Regional Corporate / AMETEK EU / Hosted BU roles
- Implementation of the entire recruiting process: from the definition of requirement profiles, the selection of recruiting channels to candidate assessments and conducting selection interviews
- Service-oriented consulting of HR managers in all recruiting issues
- Creation and monitoring of recruiting KPIs
- KPI analysis and derivation and implementation of relevant action measures
- Networking with other recruiters and HR team members across AMETEK to share best practice and maximise hiring opportunities.
- Support and develop ongoing actions to strengthen our recruitment processes and to attract the best talent
- Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency and timeliness
- Maintains an up to date understanding of the market and local and regional trends in recruitment.
- Where appropriate, attends recruitment fairs and events to promote AMETEK and help attract key talent.
- Upon the request of the Employer, may occasionally drive a vehicle (car), e.g. in case of a business travel, providing that he is qualified to drive, that is, fulfils all legal requirements
- Upon the direction of his supervisor performs other duties which, taking into consideration organization of the Employer’s activities, internal rules and Employer’s orders, as well as regulations and standards of profession, fall into his work obligations
