Position Description:

Responsible for ensuring Integrated Management processes at the plant in accordance with ISO9001:2015 & ISO 45001: 2018.

Planning and execution of internal and external audits.

Responsible for improving customer satisfaction by leading investigations related to customer non-conformances, finding root causes of the non-conformances, define immediate measures and long-term preventive actions and ensure timely implementation.

Responsible for supplier Quality performance, work closely with suppliers to create and execute corrective actions.

Responsible for the systematic reduction of costs of poor quality with continuous improvement of process and product quality.

Monitoring effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions in a continuous improvement process according to problem solving process methodology.

Be voice of customer in development phase to ensure product quality meets customers’ expectations while ensuring safety and design for manufacturing.

 

Position Requirements (nice to have & must have):

 

  • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum 4 to 5 years of practical experience in quality assurance department in an industrial, manufacturing environment

Experience with handling quality and problem-solving tools (8D-Report, PSP, 5Why, Ishikawa)

Experience with MS-Office and ERP systems

Good analytical skills and enjoy process thinking.

Experience in Electronic industry.

Very good English skills in spoken and written.

Excellent communication at different levels, assertiveness, and doer mentality.

 

  • Preferred/Desired Requirements

Technical or Engineering education and have successfully completed your studies in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or comparable.

Knowledge and Experience in auditing

Knowledge and experience in Problem Solving tools, Lean Management and/or other problem solving like Six Sigma
