Job Description:
The incumbent of this position is primarily responsible for performing payroll-related functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the payroll for two sister entities of Creaform in Ontario (fewer than 100 employees) and assist the Payroll Coordinator with the ADP system for Creaform’s payroll;
- Provide assistance, when needed, to the parent company for the bi-weekly payroll of U.S. employees;
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits questions;
- Manage employee benefits (e.g., group insurance, RRSP, vacation banks, statutory holidays);
- Assist with the financial month-end close as it relates to employee compensation;
- Analyze, review, and complete various year-end payroll reports (T4 and RL-1 Summary, CNESST declarations, etc.).
Desired Qualities
- Diploma in administration with a specialization in administration/office technology or possess equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in payroll production and administrative support;
- Knowledge of ADP is an asset;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
- Good knowledge of both official languages (French, English);
- A person with integrity, strong confidentiality awareness;
