Job Description: 

We’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Leader to spearhead production ramp-up, drive process excellence, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is pivotal to the growth and expansion of our business processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operational activities by organizing and delegating work assignments effectively.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. team to ramp up production from the ground up.
  • Ensure precision, accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all work processes.
  • Manage workforce allocation and adjust to daily workflow demands for optimal efficiency.
  • Apply mechanical and electrical knowledge to resolve minor stoppages and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Meet daily output volume and on-time delivery targets.
  • Ensure First Pass Yield targets are consistently achieved.
  • Communicate capacity changes that may impact production to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop, train, and motivate teams while promoting job rotation and skill development.
  • Implement LEAN manufacturing tools including DRM, 5S, KANBAN, VALUE STREAM, TPM, and RCA.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through professional and effective communication.
  • Oversee daily cycle counting and inventory control processes.
  • Ensure quality assurance of completed work prior to shipment.
  • Identify opportunities for local sourcing from Subotica and Eastern European suppliers.
  • Maintain and update master data in ERP systems.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven experience in people management and team development.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
