Job Title:  Junior Dynamics NAV Support Analyst

Overview role

The successful candidate will be a member of the AMETEK Business Apps Team assisting with existing and any future ERP implementations

Responsibilities

• Support and manage AMETEK’s existing NAV/Business Central and future ERP implementations
• Act as point of contact for any change requests coming from the business. Analyse and define such requests, and convert them into a technical specification
• Test and QA all developments
• Monitor corporate ticketing system and provide functional support for any ERP related tasks
• Identify ways in which our use of ERP/Business Apps can be enhanced
• Become the subject expert and key resource for developing Fabric/Power BI and SSRS Reports
• Run and review monthly/quarterly ticket reports to identify and monitor process inconsistencies, determine actions needed and perform those actions

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
• Problem-solving/analytical mindset
• Great communication and customer-handling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the basic principles of reporting
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers (location, language, nationality, ability)
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on department objectives and deliverables
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent senior year
