Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support various financial operations, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to accurate reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to confirm revenues and establish transfer pricing.
- Validate subsidiary orders and AR balances.
- Support AR colleagues and ensure compliance with ASC606 standards.
- Perform SOX testing and manage U.S. Sales tax requirements.
- Code subsidiary invoices and handle intercompany recharges.
- Validate and analyze financial statements of certain subsidiaries.
- Calculate and analyze backlog. Calculate deferred revenues for subsidiaries.
- Prepare sales reports, orders by country, commissionaires and AR-1 reports.
- Post certain general ledger entries in NAV and enter FX rates in Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Functional English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Salesforce is an asset.
- Bilingual in French is an asset
