Materials Analysis Division (MAD)

The International Division Recruiter is an experienced talent acquisition professional responsible for delivering strategic, full‑cycle recruitment for AMETEK’s Materials Analysis Division (MAD). This role focuses on attracting and hiring international talent for leadership roles, high‑technology specialists, and scientific and technical experts across five business units located throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
This position serves as a trusted recruitment partner to global HR leaders and hiring managers, providing guidance on international recruitment strategies, strengthening processes, and elevating talent acquisition outcomes across the division. The International Division Recruiter builds strong partnerships with business leaders and country‑specific HR teams, proactively develops international talent pipelines, and delivers a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
This role is based out of the Subotica, Serbia location and reports directly to the Divisional Talent Acquisition Manager based in the US.
 
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Global Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for global executive leadership roles and highly specialized technical and scientific positions.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert in international recruiting practices, market conditions, and talent availability.
  • Influence and support consistent talent acquisition standards and processes across multiple business units and regions.
Global Stakeholder Partnership
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders across the U.S. and Europe.
  • Lead recruitment kickoff discussions with international stakeholders to align on role requirements, search strategies, and timelines.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs and support data‑driven hiring decisions.
Pipeline Development & Market Expertise
  • Develop and maintain global talent pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to advise leaders on competitive hiring strategies.
  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies and proactively engage passive talent.
Operational Excellence & Process Governance
  • Ensure consistent, compliant recruitment practices across regions.
  • Manage requisitions, workflows, and candidate data within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding handoff.
Capability Building & Best Practice Enablement
  • Lead or contribute to LinkedIn Recruiter training and sourcing enablement.
  • Create clear, compelling, and globally relevant job descriptions.
Execution Support & Candidate Logistics
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across time zones.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop competitive, market‑informed offer recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment regulations and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive, full‑cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise recruiting leaders and technical/scientific professionals.
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑country hiring initiatives.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience within technology, engineering, or scientific environments preferred.
  • Combination of agency and in‑house recruiting experience strongly preferred.
