Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve day-to-day IT support requests.
- Oversee the helpdesk system, prioritizing and assigning tickets.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Administer and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and patch management.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and policy documents.
- Assist in onboarding new employees with IT setup and initial training.
- Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
- Coordinate procurement and disposal of IT equipment.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring IT security measures.
- Support compliance audits and documentation.
- Ensure proper access controls are in place and monitored.
- Coordinate and support IT projects, such as upgrades and new system implementations.
- Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Track and manage IT contracts, ensuring timely renewals and negotiations.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support and system administration.
- Experience with IT asset management and helpdesk operations.
- Familiarity with IT security measures and compliance requirements.
- Experience in project coordination and vendor management.
