- Participates in the recruitment process, by posting advertisements, participates in CV pre-selecting, interviewing, maintains candidate data base and searches through it, giving feedback to candidates, creating an Offer for the selected candidate, participating in onboarding process, keeping track of probationary period
- Provides support to management in human resource management
- Collaborates in solving employee problems
- Develops talent recruitment and retention strategies
- Organizes the Onboarding and Offboarding process
- Implements, improves and is responsible for the application of ISO standards within the service
- Participates/supports/organizes HR events within the company, Employer branding initiatives, Health and Welfare benefits design and initiatives, Employee relations, Employee communications
- Provides HR related reporting, HR metrics, analytics, statistics
- Participates in HR budgeting and cost control
- Maintains employee training records; as needed assist in organizing trainings
- Assists with the development of Human Resources policies; partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, legislation, HR initiatives and events
- Participates in other projects and initiatives
- Creates, develops and maintains partnership relations with leaders and employees in business sectors, ensuring the implementation of all HR processes
- Submits regular reports to management related to HR activities with suggestions for improvements
- Actively participates in the creation and implementation of HR strategies in the sectors it supports, to fulfill the company's goals
- Plans, prepares and implements strategic workforce planning
- Supports the organization in planning and implementing the process of setting individual employee development plans
- Analyzes HR performance indicators and their trends and makes suggestions for iimprovement of the HR process
- Together with the HR nabager and the management of the sectors it supports, designs and implements activities related to retaining employees and reducing turnover
- Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency and timeliness
- Upon the request of the Employer, may occasionally drive a vehicle (car), e.g. in case of a business travel, providing that he is qualified to drive, that is, fulfils all legal requirements
- Upon the direction of his supervisor performs other duties which, taking into consideration organization of the Employer’s activities, internal rules and Employer’s orders, as well as regulations and standards of profession, fall into his work obligation.
Position Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in psychology, HR management, Law or Economics
- Excellent organisational skills
- 3 years of experience in HR
