Job Description: 

The Global Talent Acquisition Manager for the Compliance Test Solution Business Unit is a full-time role, based in Subotica, Serbia. The position will report to the Human Resources Director, CTS and will support the CTS recruitment efforts globally.

 

Position Overview:

At AMETEK, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our team. We’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Manager to help us source, identify, screen, and hire top talent for various roles in our company.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, more than 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments. Fluency in German is required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different departments
  • Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies
  • Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and XING and other professional networks
  • Research and recommend new sources and channels for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates
  • Create offer letters, take care of full onboarding process, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed
  • Work on HR projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
  • 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting
  • 5+ years of proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Must have excellent written/verbal skills in both German and English.
  • Proven organizational consulting skills.
  • Proven ability and willingness to learn new concepts in a dynamic and changing environment

  • Strong commitment to providing customer service in a timely manner in a fast-paced enjoinment with changing priorities.
