Job Summary

The Global Finance and Accounting Compliance Director  is a senior finance role responsible for overseeing financial accounting, compliance, and performance management across three global business segments: Compliance Test Solutions, Amplifier Research Institute, and NSI‑MI. This role serves as a key financial partner to business and finance leadership, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and insightful analysis to drive decision‑making.

In addition, the role holds direct ownership of the month‑end close process for the RPTS business unit, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial results.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Compliance

• Provide end‑to‑end oversight of financial accounting activities for CTS, ARI, and NSI‑MI business segments.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, internal accounting policies, and local statutory requirements.
• Act as the primary finance contact for internal and external audits, coordinating responses and remediation plans.
• Maintain strong internal controls, identifying risks and driving continuous improvements in processes and governance.

FP&A & Business Partnership

• Lead global FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and performance tracking.
• Partner closely with segment leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Support strategic initiatives, cost optimization programs, and investment decision analyses.

Month‑End Close – RPTS Business Unit

• Own and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the RPTS business unit.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison between FP&A, Accounting, and Shared Services teams for RPTS close activities.
• Drive close calendar discipline and continuous reduction of close cycle time.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and influence cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, fostering strong collaboration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and key business stakeholders.
• Support talent development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and process standardization.

Key Qualifications & Experience

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent strongly preferred.

Experience

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial accounting, and compliance within a global organization.
• Proven experience managing multiple business segments and complex reporting structures.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end close ownership, preferably within a matrixed or shared services model.
• Strong understanding of global accounting standards and compliance frameworks.
