Job Title:  Engineer

• Creates technical drawings based on which the production of machine tools is carried out, for the production of company portfolio, customers’ portfolio, assemblies, subassemblies according to internal/external specification
• In SAP ERP, keeps track of changes in technical documentation of products, e.g. change of materials used, change in design, assembly process itself, updates specifications in connection with the product
• Coordinates prototype production

• Works on realization/implementation and testing solutions using calculation tools under supervision of the direct supervisor and more senior engineers

• Performs advanced interpretations of the input factors taking into consideration secondary influences such as noise, torque, etc.
• Uses sensors, control systems and electronics
• Autonomously makes an estimate whether the solution produced is satisfactory
• Develops specialized versions of a product
• Models a complete product
• Writes specifications and concepts
• Responsible for creating a list of requirements for the future product
• Leads technical sub-development of a project
• Provides post-production support to the operations in solving product-related issues
• Monitors less experienced engineers within department, students, apprentices, provides support and guidance
• Documents his/her work in such way that it can be understood and used by other department colleagues, internal and external users, so as to business continuity can be ensured, that is, further development of what was produced, modifications, improvements, maintenance and repair, assessment of functionality and similar

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Fluent in English language
• Curious and innovative
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
