We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Order & Engagement Specialist to manage order processing and deliver exceptional support. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Order & Engagement Specialist will:
- Accurately process and manage customer orders
- Serve as the main contact for inquiries, complaints, and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Maintain records and generate reports to support improvements
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues proactively
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- 2–5 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and order processing tools
- Knowledge of shipping, inventory, and supply chain principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and reporting abilities
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
