Job Title:  Contracts Coordinator

Contract Review & ProcessingReview customer-facing documents such as NDAs, terms and conditions, purchase orders, forms, and tender documents.
Identify non-compliant clauses (including liability, indemnity, and IP) and recommend revisions in line with company standards.
Facilitate prompt processing of contract requests to prevent sales delays.

Negotiation with Government Entities and General CustomersApply standard negotiation strategies to key risk areas such as liability, indemnification, IP, and other complex clauses.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals or escalate issues when deviations from standard terms are required.

Signature & Workflow ManagementOversee contract execution workflows, including Docusign routing and coordination with internal signatories.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant before obtaining signatures.

Distributor & Compliance SupportSupport channel partner due diligence, onboarding, and contract preparation.
Coordinate necessary documentation for distributor setup, such as agreements and compliance forms.

Operational CoordinationServe as a central liaison among Sales, Corporate Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Monitor contract status and assist with reporting, documentation, and record keeping.
Maintain well-organized contract repositories and case tracking systems.

Sales EnablementAssist Sales teams by ensuring efficient progression of customer paperwork.
Facilitate deal closure by resolving contractual issues pragmatically while safeguarding company interests.
