Buyer Raw Material - Temp

Key Responsibilities:
•    Operational processing in purchasing
•    Support and development of local and international suppliers
•    Ensuring the required delivery quality
•    Optimization of purchase prices, delivery and payment conditions
•    Master data maintenance and updates in ERP
•    Commercial clarifications of purchased parts for existing and new Products
•    Support and implementation of internal and group-wide procurement projects
•    Support by the implementation of a new ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)
•    Price analysis and price benchmarking (based on strategy definition)
•    Demand analysis, RFQ preparation and execution
•    Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency and timeliness
•    Upon the request of the Employer, may occasionally drive a vehicle (car), e.g. in case of a business travel, providing that he is qualified to drive, that is, fulfills all legal requirements
•    Upon the direction of his supervisor perform other duties which, taking into consideration organization of the Employer’s activities, internal rules and Employer’s orders, as well as regulations and standards of profession, fall into his work obligations
Position Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent.
•    Fluent in English.
•    Proficiency in operating computers and software, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems.
•    Strong analytical skills to identify basic problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
