The position will be a part of our STC TEST Global technical support team
Job description:
- Electronics fault-finding support to our distributors and internal team
- Managing these using a ticket system
- Maintaining service manuals/FAQ’s
- Maintaining AI agent tool to allow self help for fault diagnosis
- Application software support
- Knowledge of configuring industrial applications either measuring equipment or automation products/CNC
- Programming knowledge needed (not a programmer) but someone who could understand short macros in VB script.
- Basic SQL database knowledge an advantage
- Maintaining AI agent tool to allow self help for software
- Creating/Maintaining software manuals/FAQ’s
- Applications support
- Assisting sales team configuring systems to fulfil international standards
- This requires some basic mechanical knowledge (clamping samples), mostly software configuration
- Online and on-site training for distributors and customers in the above.
- Marketing support, proof reading articles and customer webinars
- Support for the plant in Serbia
Position Requirements:
- Electronics engineer
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment and software.
- English literacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Familiarity with industrial software applications.
- Technical degree or certification
