Job Title: Manufacturing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Intern to support various cross-functional projects within our operations, engineering, and sales teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both office and shop floor environments, contributing to real-world projects that improve efficiency, training, and product quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Content Creation: Capture and edit videos of shop floor procedures to support internal training initiatives.

Operational Excellence (OPEX) Projects: Assist with continuous improvement projects on the shop floor under the guidance of our OPEX lead.

Engineering Support: Work on AutoCAD or Inventor drawings to support design and documentation efforts (preferred experience with either software).

Sales Data Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to collect, organize, and analyze data related to sales trends and performance.

Hands-On Assembly: Assist in assembling small components in the shop as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology or a related field.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience with AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor is a plus.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Comfortable working in both office and shop environments.

Willingness to work on your feet and with your hands in a shop setting

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Occasional bending, reaching, and climbing may be required during video recording or project support activities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role involves a mix of desk-based tasks and hands-on work in a manufacturing shop.
