Job Summary

The Operator performs manual machine operations, including packing.

 

Reporting To

Department Team Lead

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Operates various operation equipment related to Fourslide
  • Visually inspect parts.
  • Report any problems or concerns to team lead.
  • Completion of required daily documentation.
  • Assure good housekeeping and workstation is clean.
  • Maintaining all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.

 

Skills and Abilities

  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet customer demand
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow procedures.

 

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience operating a variety of small hand tools.

 

Physical Requirements

Paragon Medical is a manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position, including sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time. The employee is expected to perform repetitive actions that include bending, kneeling, or crouching, reach, push, and/or pull objects. The ability to lift up to to 40 lbs with support. The employee will be required to communicate with others and work in a noisy environment. Paragon Medical will provide any reasonable accommodation to the for mentioned physical requirements.
