Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Compliance Test Solutions (CTS) Business Unit plays a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and initiatives. This is a full-time role based in Souderton, Pennsylvania. The HRBP will report to the Human Resources Director and will support CTS operations at the Souderton location. CTS is present in several countries across the globe and major centers include the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and the USA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization's objectives
  • Leads recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Prepares payroll for bi-weekly payment schedules with our payroll provider
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Works with leaders to identify training and development needs to promote optimal employee learning and career development, and to ensure the achievement of business goals
  • Provides performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Oversees employee performance management and development programs, including performance evaluations and career planning
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of employee groups
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Drives workforce planning with managers to meet business needs
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Manages vendor relationships to build successful solutions
  • Project leadership as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or certifications (such as PHR or SHRM-CP) in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years of related human resources experience, including progressive generalist career track

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Proven ability to manage the entire employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • In-depth knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws
  • Experienced in developing and presenting HR data to support management decision-making
  • Up-to-date with industry trends in the business sector and human resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
  • Strong organizational consulting skills
  • Adaptable with a focus on customer and stakeholder needs
  • Experienced in managing worker’s compensation and benefits programs
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking, and international environment
  • Core competencies: strong analytical and reporting skills, initiative, conflict management, leading through change, a sense of urgency, decisiveness, integrity, and excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to make appropriate decisions and work effectively at all organizational levels
  • Highly committed to providing timely customer service in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

Salary Maximum:  $140,000
