Job Title:  Supply Chain Executive

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be part of a closely knitted team and positively contribute to the organization’s growth in your assigned responsibilities in material sourcing, procurement, identifying new supply sources, support logistics activities to ensure timely receipt and turnaround of customer components and ensuring compliance with applicable processes and procedures.

How will you make an impact:

• Identify and recommend potential suppliers for addition to approved supplier list
• Monitor and expedite delivery of deliveries
• Manage supplier relationships and supplier performances
• Participate in audits such as Quality, Annual Stock count and cycle counts
• Source and procure parts and materials from approved suppliers
• Support Inventory replenishments reviews and bi-weekly spares status reporting
• Support enquiries and sale of inventory to internal and external customers
• Support subcontracting and calibration activities including performing RFQs, raising of orders, expedite and monitor deliveries
• Support Logistics team for incoming receipts, packing, shipping, material picking and issuances as needed
• Update latest materials pricing information into system
• Work with stakeholders on the prioritization of material orders and requirements
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or any other related field
• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace industry preferably in aerospace materials procurement
• Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Able to work independently to achieve objectives and also in a team environment
• Knowledge in purchasing and shipping
