Role Summary

Precitech Inc is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive growth across Asia precision diamond tooling market. The Asia Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within the Asia region.

This dynamic role involves developing and executing strategic plans, fostering partnerships, and leveraging your industry expertise to expand our footprint and drive revenue growth. This position reports to the DVP / Business Manager and is a fully remote position. As a senior member of the Companies sales leadership, the Regional Sales Director regularly partners with business Leadership to create and execute strategy, develop growth plan and budgets, provide forecasts for operational and financial planning. 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen the company’s position in the eyecare market.
  • Work with both channel partners and direct sales team to develop and execute localized tactical plans to deliver growth.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and innovation within existing accounts
  • Manage pricing and discounting to balance growth and achieve profitable growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams to align strategies and enhance value propositions.
  • Build and maintain a robust professional network within the precision diamond turning industry to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor account key performance indicator metrics, sales forecasts, and market share.

This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the ultra-precision machining solutions industry.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
  • Track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
