YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising the implementation of new products into mass production – from the quotation approval stage to final handover to mass production;
- Continuous collaboration within the implementation team – primarily comprised of: Project Manager, Quotation Engineer, NPI Quality Engineer, and NPI Engineer;
- Working in international teams to ensure timely and compliant task processing;
- Ensuring compliance of implemented processes and projects with internal procedures and customer expectations;
- Implementing new processes, machines, and process cells – defining specifications and managing commissioning;
- Managing multi-level projects for New Product and Process Implementations and/or Product Transfers;
- Participating in the DFM (Design for Manufacturing) process with the multidisciplinary team (internal) and the customer (external);
- Coordinating risk management activities (PFMEA) and the testing, prototype, and pre-series production environment;
- Creating and maintaining process and technical documentation (PFMEA, technical specifications, work instructions, acceptance documentation);
- Identifying issues, overseeing their resolution and implementation of changes, and continuously monitoring progress;
- Defining, analyzing, and proposing solutions to problems related specifically to the process, equipment, materials, supply chain, documentation, equipment validation, IQ/OQ/PQ, ERP, and PLM;
- Developing action plans to achieve short- and long-term efficiency goals;
- Implementing assigned tasks within the timeframes set by the Section Leader and Project Manager, coordinating the activities of supporting departments during project launch.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Engineering (Management and Production Engineering, Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the medical industry is a plus);
- Experience in CNC machining (turning, milling, grinding) and post-machining processes (straightening, lasering);
- Experience in spring winding, assembly, and welding is a plus);
- English language skills at a B2/C1 level are required;
- Independence and the ability to plan and organize one's own work;
- Independence in identifying problems and defining conclusions, as well as the ability to delegate and supervise tasks;
- Conscientiousness and punctuality in completing assigned tasks;
- Strong computer skills and MS Office skills; • Interest in improving production processes, industrialization, and automation;
- Initiative, communication skills, and determination in pursuing goals.
