Job Description: 
Quality Inspector will be responsible for supporting production and inspecting medical instruments, as well as performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with requirements.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing product inspection in accordance with requirements, specifications, protocols, and technical drawings, and identifying quality defects
  • Overseeing control and measuring equipment
  • Completeing, packing, and transfering finished products to the warehouse with appropriate documentation
  • Issuing quality documentation confirming product compliance and non-conforming products
  • Archiving production orders and other documents
  • May approve the first piece from serial production
  • Responsibility for blocking non-conforming products in accordance with work instructions
  • Working in compliance with GMP & 5S standards
  • Maintaining the company’s reputation and good name
  • Adhering to standards that are part of the quality policy
  • Ensuring effective use of entrusted material and non-material resources: know-how, equipment, tools, raw materials, information, and working time
  • Knowledge of internal documents and regulations in force at Paragon Siechnice Sp. z o.o. and applying them in practice
  • Ensuring effective internal communication within the plant

OBLIGATIONS AND POWERS:

Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and principles is the employee's basic obligation.

In particular, the employee is obliged to:

  • know the regulations and principles of occupational health and safety, take part in training and instruction in this field and take the required examinations;
  • perform work in a manner consistent with the provisions and principles of occupational health and safety and follow the orders and instructions issued by superiors in this respect;
  • take care of the proper condition of devices, tools and equipment as well as order and tidiness in the workplace;
  • use collective protective equipment, as well as use assigned personal protective equipment and work clothes and footwear, in accordance with their intended use;
  • undergo initial, periodic, control and other recommended medical examinations and follow medical recommendations;
  • immediately notify the superior about an accident noticed at the workplace or a threat to human life or health, and warn co-workers as well as other people in the danger area about the danger threatening them;
  • immediately inform your superior about your absences, such as on-demand leave, planned leave due to occupational medicine tests, blood donation;
  • cooperate with the employer and superiors in fulfilling safety obligations and occupational hygiene.

  • Secondary Education
  • Ability to read and work with technical drawings and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of measuring instruments and methods
