Job Description:
This position is responsible for supporting the production and inspection of medical instruments, implants, baskets, and trays. Responsible for conducting incoming, inter-process, and final inspections as required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform product inspections in accordance with applicable requirements, specifications, protocols, and technical drawings, and identify quality defects
- Supervise control and measuring equipment
- Complete, package, and hand over finished products to the warehouse together with the appropriate documentation
- Prepare quality documentation confirming product conformity, as well as documentation related to non‑conforming products
- Archive production orders and other related documentation
- Authorized to approve the first article of serial production
- Responsible for blocking non‑conforming products in accordance with work instructions
- Work in compliance with GMP and 5S standards
- Maintain the prestige and good reputation of the company
- Adhere to standards that are part of the quality policy
- Ensure effective use of assigned material and non‑material resources, including know‑how, equipment, tools, raw materials, information, and working time
- Be familiar with and apply internal documents and regulations in force at Paragon Siechnice Sp. z o.o.
- Ensure effective internal communication within the plant
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (medical or automotive industry preferred)
- Ability to organize one's own work
- Ability to communicate, make decisions, and solve problems
- Computer skills, such as Excel and Word
- Teamwork skills, responsibility, and commitment
