Job Description: 

This position is responsible for preparing production, sales, and shipping documentation in accordance with guidelines. The Logistics Specialist actively supports employees in production, sales, and shipping planning. They collaborate with the Purchasing Specialist and provide support as needed. They collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety Specialist on waste collection.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Issuing production orders in the ERP system according to the production plan
  • Generating production documentation according to instructions
  • Coordinating the transfer of order documentation to the Warehouse Department to ensure timely delivery of production material to the machine
  • Generating sales documentation in the ERP system Checking shipping documentation according to guidelines
  • Monitoring inventory levels and taking immediate corrective action for unavailable, expired, and surplus items
  • Placing orders for raw materials (raw material, tools, RHB, packaging, semi-finished products, etc.) and services, taking into account the total cost of fulfillment
  • Supporting the purchasing process from the moment a purchase request is received until delivery is accepted and the order is fully completed
  • Ensuring compliance of deliveries with the terms negotiated with the supplier
  •  Collaborating with the Finance Department to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Working with waste collectors (BDO cards) and cooperation with the Occupational Health and Safety Specialist in this regard
  • Supporting the receiving and shipping department as needed
  • Ensuring the company's prestige and good name Commitment to financial results and the effective implementation of the Paragon Siechnice Sp. z o.o. business plan
  • Adherence to standards that are part of the quality policy Effective use of entrusted tangible and intangible resources: know-how, equipment, supplies, raw materials, employee potential, information, and working time
