Job Description:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of implementing process and product quality standards that meet customer expectations and comply with ISO 13485, FDA, and corporate requirements. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to ensure ongoing compliance, foster a strong quality culture, and lead initiatives that reduce defects and improve key performance indicators. Additionally, you’ll oversee cleanliness monitoring in line with SP-001 standards, making sure every detail meets the highest level of precision.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervising compliance with quality requirements in the production of medical devices;
• Quality control of products and processes, problem analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (8D methodology);
• Collaborating with organizational departments to improve quality indicators and optimize processes;
• Preparing quality documentation and reports, and preparing the production area for internal and external audits;
• Statistical analysis of machine and process capabilities, monitoring production cleanliness;
• Handling external complaints and internal non-conformance reports;
• Conducting training on quality standards and customer requirements;
• Commitment to financial results and effective implementation of the company's business plan;
• Identifying areas for optimization and overseeing the implementation of solutions;
• Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety policies.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
• Higher technical education (Production Engineering, Quality Management preferred);
• Experience in quality control in the medical or related industry;
• Knowledge of quality problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D);
• Ability to analyze data and document quality;
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments;
• Knowledge of English.
