Job Title:  HR Manager

For our organization in Poland we are looking for motivated HR manager supporting the development of Paragon Medical and other businesses of AMETEK.

Reponsibilities: 

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge, maintain and develop management and employee relations.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal process, remuneration policy in accordance with division guidelines
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Manage the recruitment, selection, trainings and internal payroll processes
• Manage internal payroll and administration processes (including Reception)
• Maintaining a positive working environment.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of the Polish Labour Code and payroll calculation principles
• A proven ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Adequate knowledge of HR systems and databases (SAP SuccessFactors, Enova, Regitech systems as an asset)
• 3 years experience in a similar position or HRBP position
• Experience in implementing HR policies and projects
• Openness to collaboration in an international environment
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Advanced English skills, both spoken and written
