We are looking for HR & Payroll Specialist at our Ametek Campus in Poland.

 

This position is responsible for managing the HR and payroll processes at the company in accordance with applicable labor law and internal policies and procedures.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintaining personnel files and documentation related to the employment relationship
  • Handling processes related to hiring and termination of employment contracts
  • Preparing and reviewing employment contracts and civil law contracts, employment certificates
  • Maintaining and reviewing settlements and working time records (vacation, sick leave, and other absences)
  • Preparing required insurance documents and declarations for the Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Central Statistical Office (GUS), and State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON)
  • Maintaining employee capital plans (PPK) documentation
  • Monitoring the validity of required medical examinations
  • Co-creating regulations and procedures related to staff employment
  • Managing matters related to the Employee Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)
  • Carrying out tasks related to calculating employee salaries, social security contributions, and taxes, preparing required settlement documents
  • Preparing and issuing employee certificates upon request, as well as tax returns
  • Liaising with offices
  • Training employees in HR and payroll
  • Ensuring process compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures Internal
  • Managing and administering employee benefits
  • Collaborating with a private healthcare facility
  • Managing the work permit process and other matters related to foreigners.
  • Preparing analyses and reports
  • Maintaining the company's prestige and good name
  • Commitment to financial results and the effective implementation of the AMETEK POLAND Sp. z o.o. business plan
  • Adhering to standards that are part of the quality policy
  • Efficient use of entrusted tangible and intangible resources: know-how, equipment, supplies, raw materials, employee potential, information, and working time
  • Knowledge of internal documents and regulations applicable at AMETEK POLAND Sp. z o.o. and their practical application
  • Ensuring effective communication within the plant and with external institutions
  • Improving knowledge and qualifications
  • Compliance with the plant's environmental policy
  • Performing other activities assigned by the supervisor
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs

Salary Minimum:  90,000
Salary Maximum:  120,000
